This site is owned and administered by Texas Qld Inc. an organisation made up of business and indivdual members that are focused on representing the interests of Business, Community and Tourism in Texas and surrounding areas.

Regular activities undertaken by Texas Qld Inc. include the weekly management of the Texas Rabbit Works and two annual events in the form of the Texas Country Music Festival in September and the Texas Community Christmas Carnival in December.

Texas Qld Inc. has a keen interest in constantly improving the town and district for the future in any way that it is able. This includes input into strategic planning and identifying areas where improvements can be made. Thankfully to date the organisation has had a good working relationship with the Goondiwindi Regional Council who have been very supportive.
